Taxing Taxes
We actually have received all our tax paperwork! We have never had it all together before January was over - ever. My husband and I filed our tax returns before the end of January. It is great - I no longer have to worry about it. After sitting for an hour with our tax preparer (being lectured on how we can itemize every dollar), I think I deserve to go shopping with some of that return. So, how does one convince her husband that you do in fact NEED another pair of black shoes!?

I always file as soon as I can! I filed last week, and I'm counting the days until that direct deposit hits my bank account. New shoes for everyone!
This is amazing! Employers in Canada aren't obligated to send out tax information until the end of February!
