So, today's new thing was completely out of the blue. I was sitting at work when my husband called to say his glasses were broken and could not be repaired. Because he could not see to work or drive, I took time off work to get my husband new glasses. We spent the afternoon at the mall getting his eye exam and waiting for the glasses. 
His selection was a pair of Dolce and Gabbana. My fashion loving daughter was quite jealous!
